My item has arrived damaged or faulty, what are my options?
We pride ourselves on the highest quality products and always wrap your special items as securely as possible, however, we understand that mistakes do happen and packages can be damaged in transit. If you have a received a faulty item please email us at hello@luxegemco.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can rectify this for you.

Do you have a physical store I can come to see the crystals in person?
Being a small family run business we operate from our home and are purely online only. For insurance and privacy reasons we do not allow pickup collection or in-store selection. 

How often do you get new products in?
We have weekly uploads! Follow our socials to stay updated as these times can change regularly.

How do I choose a crystal?
We recommend not to put too much thought into it or research too much. Let the crystal choose you. If you feel drawn to a certain crystal then we would suggest to go with that. We believe more often than not, you will be drawn to a crystal when it can provide aid in your life.
